Join EdZOOcating for a Week of Animal Fun
Join us on Outschool to meet live animals, engage with other animal-loving learners, and learn about incredible wildlife.
Each day of camp will start off by learning about one of our amazing live animals and offering time for questions before jumping into a short lesson on our topic of the day.
Each camp session runs 40 minutes and includes time with our live animal and an interactive Google Slide presentation with GIFs, photos, and videos.
Camps are available for learners aged 5-11 and are offered June, July, and the beginning of August. See our available camps below!

Animal Classification

What makes a mammal and a reptile different? What makes them the same? Join us for this 5-day summer camp to learn how and why animals are classified and meet some amazing animals along the way! Optional activities included each day.
Animals & Their Ecosystems

There is a reason we only find orangutans in the forest and Gila monsters in the desert! In this 4-day camp, we will explore plants and animals from rainforests, savannas, deserts, and the ocean and learn about all the characteristics that make each species designed for their particular habitat!

Is your learner a budding marine biologist? Then this is the perfect camp for them! In this 5-day camp, we will learn about marine animals from 5 different ocean habitats. We will explore everything from corals to whale sharks to octopuses! Let's dive in.

Have you ever noticed that some animals are perfectly designed for their ecosystems? Polar bears have thick blubber to keep them warm while fennec foxes have fur-covered feet to protect them from the hot desert sand. In this 5-day camp, we will explore some incredible adaptations that allow animals to survive in the world's most extreme environments.

From slithering snakes to carnivorous lizards to bellowing alligators, reptiles are one of the most diverse groups of animals on the planet! In this four-day camp about reptiles, students will meet live reptiles and explore species found all across the world.
